In “You have the Magic”, NYC influencer and manifestation coach Haley Hoffman Smith reveals the five questions asked to identify and free themselves from mental barriers limiting your success.
Hoffman Smith, who increased social media fame with his spiritual videos of self -help and climbs in his luxury lifestyle, said he developed the formula of the subconscious advance through the personal discovery he achieved in the EFT sessions.

Tips to successfully use the formula
Hoffman Smith asked these “frequently” questions when it looks blocked.
She recommends doing the same if you notice “continuously against the same pattern” or “to experience an invisible field of strength around something” you would like to do.
The key is to find a space where you can deepen without distractions. Self -compulsory and leisure curiosity are important.
“I find that in the early hours of the morning or at night, it is very likely that it has a breakthrough because I am in a lower brain wave state, so the subconscious mind is a little more accessible,” said Hoffman Smith.
The slowest brain waves (associated with creativity, relaxation and reduced stress) are generally more prevalent in the evening as you prepare for the bed.
How to know if it works
It is crucial to trace a situation in its root or to understand why the subconscious experiences fear and endurance, said Hoffman Smith.
